ThinkHuge engages carefully selected third-party providers to support the delivery of our platform and services. These providers perform specific functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, customer support, communications, analytics, and infrastructure.
We evaluate every provider before onboarding and conduct ongoing reviews as part of our security, privacy, and vendor risk management programme. All providers that process customer data are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and to comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.
Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, ThinkHuge relies on legally recognised transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
